Rehearsal & Dinner
Friday 4:00 PM
Join us at Gold Mountain Ranch for a rehearsal for the big day. After a quick rehearsal, we will be heading up to the main house where Paolo will be making his famous pizza and give you an opportunity to toss the dough and choose your toppings!
For those not staying at Wilmont House, transportation will be provided.
Ceremony
Saturday 4:00 PM
Join us for our ceremony at Gold Mountain Ranch! This will be an unplugged ceremony, but you are welcome to use your phone and take photos throughout the remainder of the day. Professional family photos will follow the reception.
Please take into consideration that the ceremony will be on grass when choosing your footwear. For more information on what to wear, check out the attire tab.

Cocktail Hour
Saturday 4:30 PM
Time to get the party started with drinks and appetizers. We’ll head up to the stone overlook and enjoy some time socializing before dinner.
Dinner
Saturday 6:00 PM
After cocktail hour, we will have a plated dinner on the patio of the Wilmont House, followed by cake cutting.
The transportation will be called around 8:30-9:00pm for those not staying on the property! We may have two rounds of shuttles, so we have flexibility if people want to stay longer.
